Customers can add products to cart normally. Before checkout, the Researcher Verification form must be completed. For COA documents, open this Contact page, choose COA Request, add your contact and product details, then submit for email follow-up.

Choose COA Request as the form type and topic, then include your contact information and product details.

For purchases, add products to cart and complete Researcher Verification before checkout. COA requests are sent by email after review.
