Can customers add products to cart?
Yes. Customers can add products to cart normally. Before checkout is completed, they will be prompted to fill out the Researcher Verification form.
Can I request COA documents?
Yes. Go to the Contact page, start a new request, choose COA as the form type and topic, then enter your contact information and product details. After submission, our team will send the requested COA directly to your email.
How do I request a COA for a product?
Open the Contact page, select COA Request, fill out your information and the product details, then submit the form. The COA will be sent by email after the team reviews the request.
When will I receive the requested COA?
After you submit the COA request form, check your email for a response from the team. Response timing may vary depending on product details and request volume.
