Returns and Refunds Policy

Prime Elevation products are intended for research and laboratory use only. Due to product handling, storage requirements, quality control, and chain-of-custody concerns, returns are limited. Opened, reconstituted, used, tampered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Transit Claims

Damaged in Transit

Prime Elevation may provide a one-time replacement for products that arrive damaged in transit, subject to review and approval by our support team.

  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and the affected product name
  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage
  • Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed
  • Approved claims may receive a replacement instead of a refund
Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

  • Opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered products
  • Products stored or handled outside recommended conditions
  • Products purchased by mistake or no longer needed
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to verified shipping damage
  • Issues caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
  • Requests submitted without order details or required evidence
Refund Review

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. Prime Elevation does not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Shipping, handling, and processing fees may be non-refundable.

Order Changes

Cancellations and Order Changes

Order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed, labeled, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Prime Elevation cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be processed before fulfillment.

  • Include the product name and batch or lot number when available
  • Describe the issue clearly
  • Attach supporting photos for damage claims
